RETURN AND REFUND
Buyer’s Product related complaint for return and refund will be processed at the discretion of GoGlam only if the complaint is genuine. However, in case of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the quality or delivery of the products, the buyer will not be eligible for return or refund.
The following return policy applies to orders within India only.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to request for a return:
Visit the 'my Account' section & select the order placed (number) that you wish to return
- In case there is more than 1 item in the order placed, choose from the items listed to select the items you wish to return and activate a Return Request.
- Provide us a reason because of which this return request is being submitted.
- Send your package to the address listed on the invoice.
- Shipping fees is to be borne by the customer if opted for credit or a refund.
- A refund is processed only if all of the items purchased are returned in their original condition. Be sure to include any packaging, warranty cards, and all other accessories in your box.
- For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your merchandise credit or refund.
- We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Then, once it's accepted and processed, you'll see merchandise credit appear in your account within 15 business days, if you choose merchandise credit. If you opt for cash back, we'll refund your original form of payment (minus the cost of return shipping) in 15 business days.
In the unlikely case of Buyer receiving a wrong product, or a product
that is different from the one ordered, GoGlam will refund the entire amount to
Buyer along with the correct product being shipped across, with all shipping
costs being borne by GoGlam.
